Warren H. Wong

Warren Wong is a human capital leader whose passion is to transform, enable and inspire organizations. Warren has more than thirty years of experience and success in influencing hyper growth and emerging organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies with operations in North America, Europe and Asia. Warren is currently the Executive Vice President, Talent & Culture at Appnovation Technologies, a global digital solutions and managed services company headquartered in Vancouver. As an active community leader Warren is a board director on both the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society and the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. Additionally, is a member of the Glotman-Simpson Cycling Club raising money and awareness in the prevention and cure of pancreatic cancer.

Hal Booker

Hal Booker is a Senior HR Consultant who knows what it takes to build and grow a successful company – committed employees who are fully engaged and eager to go the extra mile because they are valued, appreciated, trusted and treated with dignity and respect by authentic managers.

Hal was the HR Director at Vancouver high-tech companies West Bay Semiconductor and Top Producer Systems, and previously held HR and Management positions at MPR Teltech, Ebco Industries and Bell Canada.

Exequiel J. Factor

Exequiel Factor is a UBC Commerce graduate who holds a Chartered Accountants Designation and a Certified Financial Planner’s Designation. He practices in the area of tax and business planning for professionals and small businesses. He is a Partner of Horizon Chartered Accountants Ltd.

Christopher Flett

Christopher Flett has founded 47 companies over the last 20 years. A serial entrepreneur, he now oversees his venture pool and manages his team of 80 business advisors who work with women-run businesses in Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia.

When not working, he is sharing his thoughts on business in books, including his New York Times Best Selling title, “What Men Don’t Tell Women About Business.”

David Reeve

David is on a mission to change the way brands DESIGN their culture and DESIGN their results. Fueled with optimism, David is described as a “street smart thought leader” and “cultural warrior”.

Based in Vancouver, David loves helping entrepreneurs develop the proper “eco-systems” within their brands by providing them the philosophy and “tools” to achieve consistent excellence in three areas; building amazing cultures, empowering awesome leaders and inspiring happy teams.  David has started over 19 brands with his wife Michelle, worked with 100’s of entrepreneurs and built two of the largest award winning brands in Canada all resulting in over 27 national and international awards for culture. He completely understands the mindset of entrepreneurs and equally as important, the people that work with them.

David sits on several key advisory boards where he guides brands to stay true to their core purpose, values and platform and does not allow them to become distracted by “shiny objects”. In his spare time David works with individuals from all walks of life through “Unleash Dreams”, a cause he founded over 15 year ago where he has inspired hundreds of people to realize their potential and dreams.

Bruce Wiesner

Bruce Wiesner is Associate Dean with the Sauder School of Business, at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver Canada, providing overall leadership and strategic direction to the Executive Education division. Wiesner has over twenty years of management and senior executive experience and a proven track record in leading successful growth strategies within the publishing and media industries. Bruce was previously Senior Vice-President of Canada Wide Media Ltd and has also held several senior positions at Quebecor World Inc. including Regional Vice-President and spent several years with Pitney Bowes in sales management roles in the 1990’s.
