Karolynn Humberd St-Pierre
Karolynn Humberd St-Pierre is the Founder of Symmetry Consulting an HR Management and Consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. She is a Senior Human Resource Professional, author, and speaker known for her expertise in US human resources and its complexities. Her book, The Small Business Human Resource Bible has become a desktop guide for small business owners across the U.S.
An employment attorney by training with extensive human resource management experience, Ms. St-Pierre recently relocated to the Vancouver area with her husband and two children and continues to manage her U.S. business from a Vancouver based office. She travels to visit clients and speak regularly.
Prior to founding Symmetry Consulting, Ms. St-Pierre spent 15 years working for some the largest human resource consulting companies in the U.S. providing advice to Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Coors, Target, and Ford Motor Company.
David is on a mission to change the way brands DESIGN their culture and DESIGN their results. Fueled with optimism, David is described as a “street smart thought leader” and “cultural warrior”.

Bruce Wiesner is Associate Dean with the Sauder School of Business, at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver Canada, providing overall leadership and strategic direction to the Executive Education division. Wiesner has over twenty years of management and senior executive experience and a proven track record in leading successful growth strategies within the publishing and media industries. Bruce was previously Senior Vice-President of Canada Wide Media Ltd and has also held several senior positions at Quebecor World Inc. including Regional Vice-President and spent several years with Pitney Bowes in sales management roles in the 1990’s.
