The Director of HR will take on the leadership role in ensuring each of the company’s team members achieve their potential.  Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will work with the executive team to support the business strategy; providing strategic insight in HR best practices through and beyond a dynamic period of growth.  Responsibilities will include providing counsel to senior management on the human resources implications of the firm’s strategic initiatives;  developing a comprehensive leadership succession plan which includes developing management bench-strength to support the firm’s growth objectives; managing an integrated talent and performance management strategy for the firm and assisting with the implementation of change management strategies.

We are seeking talented, highly motivated individuals which exceptional experience in human resources management in a senior role – with direct experience in leadership development.  In addition to completion of a university degree, CPHR is an asset.  A strategic mindset, understanding of learning and development models and strategies and a proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives in order to increase overall business performance; are essential to the role.
